right、extradition、this(「サバイバー」シーズン1、第6話)

まずは、right(権利)です。

You have the right to a lawyer.
You have the right not to speak to us.
You have the right to humane treatment, to an appeal.

right toの形は、right to 名詞(句)とright to do(動詞)の2種類があります。上の場合、the right to a lawyerthe right to humane treatment, to an appealright to 名詞(句)の例です。

the right not to speak to usが、right to do(動詞)の形です。

We already have an extradition request for you from Pakistan (for a car bombing in Karachi.)

extraditionの動詞はextradite(エ‘クストラダイト)です。

deportation

exile

repatriation

extradition

Never before in my life have I felt this more strongly…
The depth of love that I have for this country
and its survival.

Listen to this: I don’t mind a joke, but this is going too far.
What he said comes to this: he’s still in two minds about what to do.
